Banana shake – characteristics

- 1 banana
- 1 orange
- 1 apple
- 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
- 80 ml of water (1/3 cup)
Put all the ingredients in blender and mix all until you get drinking mixture without lumps. Then, add several ice cubes and enjoy the taste, liquid and nutritional meal.
One more advice: If you know that the apple is not sprayed, put the entire with the peel, because the same consists of many vitamins and minerals. However, if you are not sure, peel it because of pesticides which are found on the peel.
